Deep Tissue Massage

Focused, slow pressure that targets deeper layers of muscle and fascia to break up chronic tension, improve range of motion, and help your body recover from training or long hours at a desk.

Trigger Point Therapy

Precise work on “knots” or referral pain points that can send discomfort down the arm or leg. Trigger point therapy helps calm irritated tissues and reduce stubborn, nagging pain.

Scraping (Gua Sha / IASTM)

Instrument-assisted soft tissue work that uses a smooth tool to address adhesions, increase local circulation, and speed recovery from overuse injuries and muscle soreness.

Cupping Therapy

Decompression-based bodywork that uses silicone or plastic cups to gently lift tissue instead of compressing it. Cupping can help release stubborn tight spots, improve local circulation, and speed up post-workout recovery. Great for backs, shoulders, and hips—especially for lifters and desk warriors.

Classical Shiatsu

Classical Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese bodywork practice rooted in Eastern medicine, performed fully clothed — making it a wonderful option for clients who prefer a therapeutic experience without skin-to-skin contact. Using rhythmic pressure along the body's energy pathways, Shiatsu promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and whole-body balance.

Jukka P, LMT brings 12 years of clinical experience and a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to every session, tailoring each treatment to the individual client. Sessions are $115 for 60 minutes.
